Extremely comfortable beds and pillows!!!! Huge and very clean bathrooms. And of course very convenient when needing to catch a flight out the next morning.. Stayed in most of the hotels around the airport and this one is by far the best!

I stayed there with a friend after flying into Houston. We ate at CK's, the revolving restaurant. It was very unique, and good service. The food was good, too. The exercise room had many different types of equipment, and was clean. I liked the Gift Shop, too. It was open late, and had a good variety of traveler's needs.
X, the 2nd floor concierge was very friendly, and efficient. Bubbly is the only way to describe her. She is a treasure.

All in all, it was a great stay in a great hotel.

Hello! I had a long lay over in Houston, about 22 hours and needed a place to stay. I decided to spend the extra $$$ to stay at this hotel due to the location. This place is outdated and overpriced. Dial-up internet is available. lol

I hate that just because a hotel is connected, or close to an airport, they feel they can slack on everything else and still charge what they do. The hotel is in need of renovation. Last time, however, I was in a newly renovated room and it was nice. Most of the hotel is still not completed though. The food is expensive and not good. Service is friendly but not fast or exceptional. Although you cannot get any more close to IAH airport. The Terminal train is on the bottom floor.
